Christened Lalit Kumar but called Pankaj, he is the main stay of the adventure team. A happy and always lucky Pankaj combines his love for adventure with a deep rooted interest in studying people.

When not entangled in his ropes and harnesses, Pankaj is likely to be found with the participants engaging them in their project work and around the campfire.
